Looking for plenty of ground beef, steaks and roast to meet your families needs for the year? Then look no further than a full beef cow, there is approximately 450lbs of tender, juicy beef grown in the high desert by our family to yours, ready for your supper table! 

Now preselling for November/December availability. A $350 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a full beef cow.

*Please note that a final price of approximately $3500 is based upon a steer hanging weight of 650lbs. Final weight and price will vary slightly. You will be charged the remaining amount in addition to the deposit according to weight received from the butcher. Payment in full is required before pick-up or upon delivery. Note freezer space of about 20 cubic feet is needed. Price includes delivery within 100 miles of the ranch, beyond that extra charge will be applied.
